Return and Exchange
Returns are allowed within 10 days from the time of order.
If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you credit or exchange. All returns will be refunded in form of store credit that never expires.
You will be credited the cost of the item less the shipping fee. You are responsible for the return fee as well. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If any of these are not met then a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Items that are on sale are not eligible for a return.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost for the new item regardless of the price. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without letting us that you will be returning it.
There are certain situations where credits are not granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error .
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery Credits (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Items in sale (included all items sold in sale time) can't be refunded or exchanged
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account, within a 3 days.
